The 3AH0 compact and reliable vacuum circuit breakers consist of three poles incorporating the vacuum interrupters housed in insulated shell. These poles are then covered with insulated pole cover from behind to make the design completely enclosed. The moving contacts of the vacuum interrupter are connected to the drive mechanism through insulated connecting rods. Operating mechanism is of stored energy type and suitable for auto reclosing duty. The operation can be manual/electrical as desired.
3AH0 vacuum circuit breakers are truly maintenance free with new generation interrupters from Siemens. The heart of the drive mechanism i.e. the gear box is also sealed and lubricated for life. The drive mechanism is free of chain snapping problem of conventional VCBs.
3AH0 vacuum circuit breakers are environment friendly with respect to material selection and manufacturing methods and have no effect on the environment during and after the switching operations. It is easy to dispose off at the end of its service life.
